Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optional profile photo.
• Learning data — packages purchased, course progress, and lesson completion.
• Order data — package, amount, payment status, and Razorpay order/payment references. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
• Member activity data — use of optional member features, associated links, attributed activity and transaction records.
• Payout (KYC) details — UPI ID or bank account details and PAN, provided by you when you request payouts.
• Support data — messages you send through the contact form or support channels.
• Technical data — basic device/browser information and server logs used to keep the platform secure.

2. Why we use it

• To create and secure your account and deliver the courses you purchased.
• To process payments, verify orders, and activate package access.
• To manage optional member features, account balances and payout requests.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of member features.
• To respond to support requests and send important service notifications (order confirmations, payout updates, admin announcements).
• To meet legal and tax obligations under Indian law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How your data is protected

• Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes — they cannot be read by anyone, including us.
• Payout details (UPI, bank account, PAN) are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are only decrypted when an authorised payout is being reviewed.
• Bank account numbers are masked in admin views (only the first four digits are visible).
• Sessions use signed, httpOnly cookies; access to admin tools is role-restricted and logged.

4. Who we share it with

• Razorpay — to process your payment. Their handling of payment data is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy.
• Communication providers — if we send you email or WhatsApp updates, your contact details pass through those delivery services.
• Legal requests — only when required by law, court order, or to protect the platform and its members.

Member activity pages require sign-in. Contact details, payout details, and order history are never public.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies: a session cookie (keeps you logged in) and security tokens that protect forms from forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

• Account and learning data: for the life of your account.
• Order, member transaction, and payout records: as long as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Support messages: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

• View and correct your profile details anytime from your dashboard.
• Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and personal data (we will retain only what the law requires for financial records).
• Stop using optional member features at any time.

8. Children

The platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard, and the current version is always published on this page.
