Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Learn2Earn ("we", "the platform") is an e-learning platform offering self-paced digital learning packages. By creating an account, purchasing a package, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
• One account per person. Shared, duplicate, or fake accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@learn2earn.today if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Packages and course access

• Each package is a one-time purchase that unlocks the courses listed on its package page.
• Course access is granted to the purchasing account only and is non-transferable.
• We may update, add, or retire course content over time; material changes to an active package will be communicated in the dashboard.
• Content is for personal learning. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course videos or materials.

4. Payments

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.
• Access is activated after the payment is verified by our system. If a payment fails verification, support will review it manually.

5. Refunds

Digital course access is delivered immediately after payment verification, so completed purchases are generally non-refundable. The full rules — including when the package amount may be refunded, how course completion and eligibility are verified, and why completion alone does not guarantee a refund — are set out in our Refund Policy.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or never received access, contact us within 7 days at support@learn2earn.today and we will review the case individually under that policy. Before purchasing a package, please read and understand the complete Refund Policy and these Terms & Conditions.

6. Account conduct

Do not create fake orders, send spam, misuse course materials, or attempt to breach or disrupt the platform. Violations may lead to account suspension or removal.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content — courses, videos, designs, logos, and software — belongs to Learn2Earn or its licensors. Purchasing a package grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content, not ownership of it.

8. Service availability and liability

• We aim for uninterrupted access but do not warrant that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent package.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on course content.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The current version is always published on this page; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
