1. What Learn2Earn provides

At Learn2Earn, we provide digital learning courses and related earning opportunities. Users must complete the required course lessons and meet all applicable eligibility conditions to qualify for the applicable commission.

2. Refund eligibility

If an eligible user completes all required course and eligibility requirements, but the applicable commission is not received due to a confirmed company-side issue, the package amount may be refunded as per this Refund Policy and its applicable terms and conditions.

3. Important conditions

• ✅ If the applicable commission has already been received, the package is not eligible for a refund.
• ✅ Refund eligibility is subject to verification of course completion and all applicable eligibility requirements.
• ✅ The refund policy applies only to eligible cases covered by this policy.
• ❌ Course completion alone does not guarantee a refund or income.
• ❌ Refunds are not applicable where the user has failed to meet the required eligibility conditions.

4. Payment errors

Digital course access is delivered immediately after payment verification, so completed purchases are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same package, or never received access after a verified payment, contact us within 7 days at support@learn2earn.today and we will review the case individually.

5. How to request a review

• Email support@learn2earn.today from your registered email address with your order ID.
• Include the package name, payment date, and what happened (for example: access not received, or an eligible commission missing due to a suspected company-side issue).
• We verify course completion, eligibility records, payment status, and whether any applicable amount was already received before deciding.

6. Before you purchase

Before purchasing a package, users are advised to read and understand the complete Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted both documents.
